Ingredients: 3 x Large eggs; 1 c. Sugar; 2 c. Lowfat milk; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Vanilla; 1 1/2 c. Bread crumbs; 1 Tbsp. Flour; 1 Tbsp. Melted Butter

Ingredientes

3 x Large eggs
1 c. Sugar
2 c. Lowfat milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1Â 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tbsp. Melted Butter

Direcciones

Tear up bread and put flour over bread. Mix rest of the ingredients and pour over bread. Bake at 350 for 35 min.
SAUCE: 1 c. water, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 Tbsp cornstarch-or possibly flour, 1/4 stick butter, and 1 tbsp lemon or possibly vanilla extract.
Combine ingredients and cook till thickened. Pour sauce over pudding to serve. Recipe may be doubled.
You may use Cold Whip or possibly Dream Whip instead of sauce.
