Receta Norman Brothers' Forgoza Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 lb White bread dough
- 1 c. Minced green onion
- 1/2 c. Minced parsley
- 3 ounce Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. Dry oregano
- 1 Tbsp. Granulated garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Crushed fresh garlic
- 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Stretch bread dough to about a 12-inch square.
- Sprinkle all ingredients onto the dough. Beginning at the top of the square, roll up dough. Chop the rolled dough into small pcs and pile pices into 2 ungreased 9-inch pie pans. Let dough rise in hot place till doubled. Bake at 350 degrres F for 20 to 30 min, till nicely browned.
