Receta Nutty Carrot Spread

Ingredientes
- 6 ounce fat-free cream cheese softened
- 2 Tbsp. frzn orange juice concentrate thawed
- 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1 c. shredded peeled carrot
- 1/4 c. finely minced pecans toasted
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 36 x pumpernickel bread slice toasted
- or possibly melba toast rounds
Direcciones
- 1. Combine cream cheese, orange juice, and cinnamon in small bowl; stir till well blended. Stir in carrot, pecans and raisins.
- 2. Spread about 1 Tbsp. cream cheese mix onto each bread slice.
- Garnish with carrot curls, if you like.
- Makes 18 servings.
- Serving Size: 2 crackers.
