- 8 ounce Nonfat cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. Finely shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Skim lowfat milk
- 1 dsh Warm sauce
- 1 c. Finely shredded carrot
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped sweet red pepper
- 2 tsp Chopped fresh chives
Direcciones
- 1. Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring to blend.
- 2. Stir in carrot, sweet red pepper, and chives.
- 3. Cover and chill.
- 4. Serve with assorted crackers or possibly fresh vegetables.
