Receta Oat Bran And Banana Muffins (Vegan)

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/4 c. All purpose flour
- 1 c. Oat bran
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. (rice/soy) lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Applesauce
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 x Really really ripe bananas, peeled, minced
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk lowfat milk, applesauce, and vanilla to blend in medium bowl. Add in lowfat milk mix to dry ingredients, stirring till just combined. Fold in bananas.
- Divide batter among twelve muffin c.. Bake till toothpick inserted into center of muffins comes out clean, about 20 min. Transfer to rack to cold. Serve hot or possibly at room temp.
