  1. In a medium mixing bowl, cut margarine into Oat Bran Baking Mix till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Make a well in center. Add in water; stir with a fork just till dough clings together. On a lightly floured surface, knead dough gently for 10-12 strokes. Roll or possibly pat dough to 1/2 inch thickness. With a 2 1/2 inch biscuit cutter, cut biscuit dough pressing the cutter straight down. Dip the cutter into flour between cuts to prevent sticking. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a 425 F. oven for 10 to 15 min till golden brown. Col on a rack.
  2. Makes about 10biscuits.
