  1. Combine all crust ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Place half of the mix in the bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Press proportionately along bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Meanwhile, combine caramel, flour, pecans and chocolate chips and mix. Remove crust from oven and pour caramel mix over crust and spread proportionately. Sprinkle remaining crust mix over the top and bake for about 20 min more at 350 degrees. Allow to cold and chill for several hour before cutting into squares and serving.
  2. Chefs Notes: Use your favorite sugar substitute, fat-free caramel syrup and fat-free or possibly low fat chocolate chips.
