Receta Oatmeal Cookies/Sugarless

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Rolled Oats
- 1 c. Flour (unbleached)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Light Sesame Oil
- 1Â 1/2 c. Apple Juice
- 1 tsp Honey (opt)
- Â Â Raisins and/or possibly nuts (optional)
- Â Â Sugarless!
- Â Â Preheat the oven to 375 deg F. Mix the dry

- Ingredients in a bowl. Add in the oil and mix. Add in the juice (plus remaining ingredients, if you like.) If the dough seems too dry, add in more juice. Drop by the teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet and flatten slightly to ensure a crisper cookie. Bake till golden, about 15-20 min. VARIATIONS:* Make the cookies w/o wheat flour for those allergic.
- Use oat flour and add in 1 Tablespoons arrowroot flour or possibly pwdr.
- * Use pineapple juice instead of apple for sweeter cookies.* To use leftover oatmeal, use 1 c. juice and 2 Tablespoons honey or possibly other sweetener.
