Receta Oatmeal Toffee Cookies
Ingredientes
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 1/3 cups (8 oz. pkg.) Heath's Bits' O Brickle Toffee Bits
- 1 cup sweetened coconut, optional
Direcciones
- Heat the oven to 375 F
- Lightly grease cookie sheets
- Beat the buttter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla using an electric mixer on medium speed in a large bowl until well blended.
- Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt
- Beat until well blended.
- Stir in the oats, toffee bits, and the coconut, if desired, using a wooden spoon.
- Drop the dough by rounded teaspoons about 2 inches apart onto the prepared sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned
- Cool for 1 minute
- Remove to wire racks and cool completely.
