Receta Old Bay, Coriander, Fines Herbes Rub For Chicken

Ingredientes
- 2 x frzn skinless boneless chicken breast 3 ounce each
- Â Â halves
- 1 tsp Old Bay Seafood seasoning
- 1 tsp grnd coriander seed
- 1 tsp Spice Islands Fines Herbes or possibly less to taste
Direcciones
- Trim fat from chicken. Don't thaw.
- Combine the herbs and rub on both sides of each chicken breast.
- Grill in a preheated electric grill for 7 min; unplug the machine. Don't lift the cover. Allow the chicken to rest in the machine for 2 min. Remove from the machine and allow chicken to rest for 1 to 2 min.
