Receta Old Stone Inn Corn Fritters

Ingredientes
- 6 large eggs
- 12 ounce lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 lbs. flour
- 1/2 ounce salt
- 1 1/2 ounce baking pwdr
- 1/2 ounce sugar
- 1 ounce veg. oil
- 2 1/2 lbs. canned whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- Deep fat for frying
- Powdered sugar
Direcciones
- In large bowl, beat large eggs, add in lowfat milk, and blend well. Sift flour, salt, baking pwdr and sugar together. Add in to lowfat milk mix, and beat smooth. Beat in veg. oil, then corn, and stir till well blended. Drop tbsp of batter into deep fat and brown for 2 to 3 min. Roll in powdered sugar and serve while hot. Yields: about 25 fritters.
