Receta Old Virginia Blackberry Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 4 large eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon grnd cloves
- 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 1/2 c. fresh or possibly frzn & liquid removed blackberries
- 1 c. butter
- 1 pound powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 T cool, strong coffee
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream sugar and butter. Add in large eggs; beat well. Put together dry ingredients. Add in alternately with lowfat milk to batter. Mix in berries. Grease 3 (8") cake pans or possibly bundt pan. Bake 30 min for layers, 45 min for bundt. Cool and ice cake.
- Put together all ingredients and beat till fluffy.
