Receta One Alarm Chili Pizza

Ingredientes
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Onions -- minced
- 1 tsp Garlic -- chopped
- 1/2 lb Lean grnd beef
- 2 tsp Chili power
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 15Â 1/4 ounce Cn kidney beans,rinse --
- Â Â Drain
- 14Â 1/2 ounce Can Mexican-style stewed --
- Â Â Tomatoes, drain
- 1 x 12" pizza crust
- 1 c. Monterey Jack -- shredded
- 1/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. Green onions -- sliced
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 450 . Heat oil and cook onion and garlic till tender, 3 min. Add in beef, chili pwdr, cumin and salt; cook, stirring, till meat is no longer pink, 3 min. Stir in beans and tomatoes. Spoon chili on crust. Top with cheese. Bake 10 min. Top warm pizza with lowfat sour cream and green onions.
- Chili-Prepare and bake pizza as directed, but add in 1/4 ts grnd red pepper to spices and substitute 1 c shredded Pepper-Jack cheese for Monterey Jack.
- Top warm pizza with 2 sliced pickled jalapeno peppers. Same Cal and Fat.
