Receta Orange - Cream Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, liquid removed
- 1 (16 ounce) can peach slices, liquid removed
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 3 med. bananas, sliced
- 2 med. apples, cored
- 1 (3 3/4 or possibly 3 5/8 ounce) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 of 6 ounce can frzn orange juice concentrate
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- In large bowl put together fruits and set aside. In small bowl put together dry pudding, lowfat milk and orange juice concentrate. Beat till blended 1-2 min. Beat in lowfat sour cream, fold fruit into beaten mix. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 10 servings.
