  • 2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp pineapple-orange
  •     . juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 Tbsp. Orange marmalade, all fruit
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar, packed
  • 1 Tbsp. Orange peel, grated
  • 2 sm Pears, halved & cored
  • 1/2 c. Yogurt, plain, low fat

Direcciones

  1. 1. In 8" round baking pan, combine juice, marmalade, 1 Tbsp. water, the sugar and orange peel. Place pears, cut sides down, in pan (small ends toward center). With vented cover, microwave on High 6- 7 min, spooning liquid over pears once.
  2. 2. With slotted spatula, remove pears to serving plate. Chill till well chilled. Cold cooking liquid. Add in yogurt to cooled liquid, stirring to combine; chill till ready to serve. Top each pear half with 2 Tbsp. yogurt mix.
