Receta Orange Sherbet Fruit Mold

Ingredientes
- 1 can 20 ounce pineapple chunks
- Â Â Liquid removed, cut in half
- Â Â (reserve juice for dressing)
- 1 can 16- ounce mandarin orange
- Â Â Segments, well liquid removed
- 2 x Bananas, quartered and
- Â Â Sliced
- 1 pkt 3 -ounce. orange gelatin
- 1 pkt 3 -ounce. lemon gelatin
- 1 c. Boiling water
- 1 pt Orange sherbet, softened
Direcciones
- Combine pineapple, mandarin oranges and bananas; set aside. In a medium saucepan, dissolve gelatins in booiling water over low heat till well dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in sherbet till thoroughly blended; mix in prepared fruit. Rinse a 6cup mold with cool water, pour in gelatin mix and refrigeratetill hard. Unmold onto cool plate.
