Receta Orange Turkey Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Orange juice
- 1/4 c. Orange marmalade
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Corn starch
- 1/8 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1/8 tsp Warm pepper sauce
- 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 lb Turkey tenderloins cut in 1 inch strips
- 2 Tbsp. Veg. oil, divided
- 4 x Green onions cut in small pcs
- 1/2 c. Coarsely minced green pepper*
- 1 x Seedless orange, peeled, sliced and halved (optional)
- Â Â Cooked rice
Direcciones
- In a small bowl, stir together the first 6 ingredients; set aside. Place flour on a sheet of waxed paper; coat turkey strips, then shake off excess.
- In a 10 inch skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. oil over medium high heat. Cook turkey in three batches till strips are tender and lightly browned on all sides. Remove turkey and keep hot. Add in remaining oil to skillet; cook and stir green onions and green pepper for 1 minute. Stir in orange juice mix. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 3 min. Add in turkey and orange slices; heat through. Serve over rice.
- Makes 4 servings.
- *My family doesn't like green pepper so I sometimes use celery and thin sliced carrots.
