  • 1 1/2 tsp LIMA Sea Salt
  • 1 x Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 x Oranges or possibly tangerines peeled and sliced
  • 5 x Red radishes cut in half and sliced
  • 1 x Green onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds, toasted (use black sesame seeds if available)
  • 2 Tbsp. EDEN Brown Rice Vinegar
