  • 1 pkt (15 ounce) Oreo or possibly Hydrox cookies
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 1 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. Confectioners sugar
  • Lowfat milk
  • 12 ounce Whipped topping
  • 1 pkt (6 serv) instant chocolate pudding

Direcciones

  1. In food processor (or possibly by hand), crush cookies, reserving 1/2 c. for topping. Add in melted butter and press against the bottom of a 9"x13" baking pan. Blend cream cheese and sugar, add in just sufficient lowfat milk to make the mix easy to spread. Spread cream cheese mix over the cookie crumb crust.
  2. Then spread 1/2 of the whipped topping over the cream cheese mix. Mix pudding according to package directions and pour it over the top of the whipped topping. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding and sprinkle reserved crushed cookies over the whipped topping. Refrigerateserves 14
