Receta Oreo Ice Cream Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 x rectangular-shaped half-gallon carton of cookies-and-cream ice cream
- 30 x Oreo cookies
- 1/3 c. unsalted butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 2/3 c. chocolate syrup, optional
Direcciones
- Thaw ice cream in unopened container till it starts to soften, about 15 min. Spray 9 inch pie plate or possibly 8 inch square pan with non-stick spray.
- Process cookies in food processor till fine crumbs are formed, or possibly place in heavy plastic bag and crush with rolling pin. Mix crumbs with melted butter and press into bottom and up sides of prepared pan. Unfold ice cream package and cut ice cream vertically into thirds. Lift slices with wide spatula, one at a time, and place side by side on top of crumbs. Press down gently with back of spatula to even out. Cover pan with plastic wrap and freeze till hard, about 6 hrs.
- Drizzle pcs with chocolate syrup if you like.
