Receta Oreo Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 x Oreo Pie Crust
- 1 x Egg white, slightly beaten
- 1 pkt (3-oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 2/3 c. Chunky peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 2 c. Prepared whipped topping
- 18 x OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, coarsely minced, divided
- 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts, minced and toasted
Direcciones
- Brush pie crust with some egg white; bake at 350 degrees F for 5 min.
- Cold completely.
- In large bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese and sugar till creamy. Add in peanut butter and lowfat milk; beat till smooth, about 2 min. Mix in whipped topping and 1 3/4 c. minced cookies. Spread into pie shell; refrigerateovernight. To serve, sprinkle pie with remaining minced cookies and toasted nuts.
