- 3 c. fresh spinach -- torn
- 3 c. Chinese cabbage -- coarsely minced
- 1/2 c. celery -- diagonally sliced
- 1/2 c. carrots -- coarsely shredded
- 1 c. fresh bean sprouts
- 1/3 c. green onions -- thinly sliced
- 35 x snow peas -- trimmed (about 3 ounce)
- 1 x (8 ounce) can water chestnuts - liquid removed and sliced
- 1 x (15 ounce) can miniature corn - liquid removed
- 3/4 c. chow mein noodles
- Â Â Soy-Sesame Dressing (recipe follows)
Direcciones
- Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently. Garnish salad mix with chow mein noodles, and serve with Soy-Sesame Dressing. 6 servings.
