Ingredientes
- 1 lb grnd chuck
- 1 lrg can of spinach
- 2 med onions (sliced thin)
- Â Â clove of garlic
- 1 x egg per person
- Â Â extra virgin olive oil
- Â Â salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Drain spinach and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Set aside.
- Brown onions and garlic. Add in crumbled meat. Saute/fry till it loses red color. Mix constantly. Add in spinach bit by bit, and stirring in. Break Large eggs into skillet and stir constantly. May be served immediately or possibly allowed to brown further. Serve with toasted sour dough bread (or possibly garlic bread) and a green salad. serves 4HISTORY
