Receta Oven Baked Parmesan Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Bread crumbs
- 1 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley -- minced
- 2 x Garlic cloves -- minced
- Â Â Salt -- to taste
- Â Â Black pepper -- to taste
- 3/4 c. Margarine -- melted
- Â Â Chicken

- * You will need 2 small chicken fryers, 2-3 pounds each. Cut the chickens into serving-sized pcs.
- 1. In a small bowl combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic that has been finely minced but not chopped, salt and black pepper. Place this mix in a shallow bowl.
- 2. Place 1/2 c. of melted margarine in a shallow dish.
- 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Have ready a shallow baking pan.
- 4. Dip chicken pcs first in the margarine, then into the bread crumb mix. Place in baking pan in a single layer. Drizzle rest of melted margarine proportionately over chicken.
- 5. Bake for 45 min, turning only once. Chicken will be crusty and golden.
