Receta Oven Poached Eggs
Easy, versatile and delicious!
Ingredientes
- 6 Whole Wheat English Muffins, Halved and toasted
- 12 eggs
- 1 8 oz package sliced deli ham, diced
- 3 oz. cheddar cheese
- 1 8 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a muffin tin or spray with canola cooking spray. Place a pinch of spinach and a few pieces of ham in each muffin section. Crack an egg in each section. Bake for 8 minutes. Add a little pinch of cheese to each egg and put back in the oven for 5 more minutes. Serve each egg on a toasted English muffin half.
