Receta P. F. Chang's Cellophane Noodle Salad

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce bean threads (cellophane noodles)
- 1/2 lb peeled deveined cooked shrimp
- Â Â Julienned green onions for garnish
- Â Â Julienned carrots for garnish
- Â Â Julienned cucumber for garnish
- Â Â Bean sprouts for garnish
- Â Â Minced cilantro for garnish
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 6 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 6 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 3 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp sugar
Direcciones
- Soak bean threads in hot water till soft, about 15 min. Cut into four-inch lengths. Cook in a medium pot of boiling water for one minute. Drain, cold and pat dry.
- Combine the dressing ingredients and toss with the noodles to coat thoroughly. Mound noodles on individual plates or possibly a serving platter. Garnish with shrimp; julienned green onions, carrots and cucumber; bean sprouts and minced cilantro.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
