Receta P. F. Chang's Steamed Fish With Ginger And Green Onions

Ingredientes
- 1 dsh salt
- 1 dsh freshly-grnd white pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 slc ginger smashed
- 3 x green onion stalks smashed
- 4 x fish fillets - (serving size)
- 2 Tbsp. julienned green onions
- 2 Tbsp. julienned peeled fresh ginger
- 1 ounce oil heated
- 2 ounce sauce (see below)
- Â Â Cilantro sprigs for garnish
- 8 ounce soy sauce
- 10 ounce chicken stock
- 2 ounce sugar
Direcciones
- Top fish with above ingredients before steaming. Cook fish 7 to 10 min, making sure fish doesn't overcook.
- Garnish Instructions: Remove fish to serving plate. Cover with ginger and green onions. Spread the heated oil over the top to sizzle into the vegetables and fish. Distribute the sauce over the fish. Garnish with cilantro sprigs.
- Sauce Instructions: Mix soy sauce, chicken stock and sugar.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
