Gooseberry Patch - Pam Kittle
Ingredientes
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- Garnish: Powdered Sugar
Direcciones
- Whisk together all the ingredients except the powdered sugar.
- Press into a greased 8 x 8 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350 F for 17 to 20 minutes.
- Cool slightly.
- Slice into small squares.
- Gently roll in the powdered sugar.
