Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Wheat germ
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 c. Buttermilk
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Vegetable oil
- Â Â Butter and maple syrup
Direcciones
- In a bowl, combine flour, wheat germ, baking soda, baking pwdr and salt.
- In another bowl, beat egg; add in buttermilk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just till blended. Pour batter by 1/3 cupfuls onto a lightly greased warm griddle; turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes. Cook till the second side is golden. Serve with butter and syrup.
- Yield: 1serving or possibly 3 pancakes.
