Ingredientes
- 1 c. aged balsamic vinegar
- 3 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic chopped
- 1/4 c. pecorino or possibly pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whip thoroughly till all ingredients are fully incorporated. Stored in an airtight container and refrigerated, this mix should last at least 6 months.
- Use as a dipping sauce for any Saint Louis Bread.
