Receta Parippu (Lentil Curry)

Ingredientes
- 100 gm Lentils
- 25 gm Onion
- 1 x Dry chilli
- 1 x Clove garlic
- 25 ml Oil sprig curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp Chilli pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Coriander
- 300 ml Coconut lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Wash the lentils then soak them in water for about 1 hour. Slice the onion and chilli and chop the garlic. Heat the oil and stir fry the onion, chilli, garlic and curry leaves. Drain the lentils and add in to the pan. Add in the chilli pwdr, the coriander pwdr and the coconut lowfat milk. Bring to the boil and simmer till the lentils are soft. Add in salt to taste.
