Receta Passover Fruit Kugel

Ingredientes
- 8 large eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- No. 2 can crushed pineapple (save juice)
- 3 apples, peeled and grated
- 1/2 - 3/4 c. matzo meal
- 1 pound prunes
- 1/2 pound apricots
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Put together large eggs, sugar and oil. Put together pineapple with the juice, apples and matzo meal. Put together the two bowls thoroughly. Add in prunes and apricots, minced coarsely. Bake in an 11x7 pan for 45 min or possibly till golden. May be served with lowfat sour cream.
