Receta Passover Sponge Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 x Egg, whole
- 6 x Large eggs, separated
- 1Â 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 1 pkt Vanilla sugar
- 1/2 c. Potato starch
- 1/4 c. Matzoh cake flour
- Â Â ds Salt
Direcciones
- Beat yolks with whole egg till foamy. Gradually add in sugar, juice, rind and vanilla sugar*. Fold in potato starch and cake flour till well blended.
- Beat whites with salt till stiff. Fold into yolk mix. Pour into ungreased tube pan; bake at 350f degrees for 55 min. Invert; cold for 1 hour.*Instead of vanilla sugar use 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. sugar.
