Ingredientes

1 c. Cooked and minced spinach, with excess water squeezed out
1 sm Onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Sweet butter
1 c. Heavy cream
1 lb Ricotta
1 lb Pasta, (shells, bows etc. cooked according to package directions)
1/2 c. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

In a saucepan saute/fry the chopped onion in butter.
Add in the cooked spinach, heavy cream and ricotta. Stir and cook for about 3 min.
Combine cooked and liquid removed pasta with spinach/cheese mix and toss with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
Serves 4
