Ingredientes
- 3 c. Cooked whole wheat pasta, bow tie
- Â Â or possibly other kid-friendly shape
- 1 c. Minced tomatoes
- 1 c. Shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/4 c. Low fat mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Low fat yogurt
- 2 tsp White wine vinegar
- 1 x Garlic clove chopped
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1/4 lb Bacon cooked crumbled
Direcciones
- In a bowl, combine the cooked pasta, tomatoes, and lettuce. Mix to combine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the pasta with sufficient dressing to coat. Sprinkle the bacon over the top and serve.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
