Receta Pasta Sauce With Lemon And Garlic

Ingredientes
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. tomatoes, stewed
- 1/4 c. basil
- 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Direcciones
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and add in garlic till tender. Remove from heat and pour wine.
- Return it to the heat. Cook another 1 to 2 min, till wine has been reduced by half. Stir in lemon juice and tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
- Serve over cooked pasta.
