Receta Broccoli Rabe With Lemon And Garlic

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb broccoli rabe stems trimmed, then coarsely minced Coarse salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 x garlic cloves minced
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x lemon zested and juiced
Direcciones
- Bring 1-inch of water to a boil in a deep skillet. Add in rabe, season with salt, and cover pan. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 10 min. Drain rabe.
- Return pan to heat and saute/fry garlic and red pepper flakes in oil over moderate heat for 1 to 2 min. Add in rabe, coat in garlic oil. Cook rabe in garlic oil for 2 min and remove from heat.
- Squeeze the juice of lemon over the pan and sprinkle in zest. Toss rabe to distribute lemon flavor and transfer broccoli rabe to serving dish.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
