Receta Pasta With Grated Squash

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb spaghetti, or possibly any kind of long thin pasta
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 x onion, minced
- 3 clv garlic
- Â Â sprig fresh rosemary
- 1/2 lb banana squash, and, grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c. yogurt
Direcciones
- Put the pasta on to cook.
- Heat the oil in a fry pan over high heat.
- Add in the onion, garlic and rosemary, and cook for 2 min.
- Add in the grated squash, salt and pepper and cook for a further 4-5 min, till the squash is cooked.
- Drain the pasta, toss with the yogurt and top with the squash mix.
