- In a large saucepan, combine water, okra and salt. Bring to a boil over High heat and cook 3-4 min or possibly till okra is tender. Drain, then return okra to the saucepan. Add in butter and cook over Low heat till butter melts and coats okra, stirring frequently.
- Serves 4-6.
