Receta Pasta With Green Beans And Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb green beans, cleaned, 1 1/2 inch
- 1/2 lb mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1 x onion, sliced
- 5 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 32 ounce canned tomatoes, crushed
- 2 tsp basil
- 1 tsp marjoram
- Â Â freshly grnd black pepper
- 1 lb pasta
Direcciones
- Put wine in a large skillet or possibly dutch oven. Add in all veggies and herbs, let simmer, covered, for 10 to 15 min. Add in crushed tomatoes.
- Let simmer 30 min or possibly till you are ready for it. Cook pasta in unsalted, unoiled water.
- Combine and serve.
