Receta Pasta With Grilled Chicken, White Beans And Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 2 x chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 x onion minced
- 8 ounce sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. white beans cooked
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 c. minced fresh basil
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 12 ounce pasta (elbow or possibly rotelle or possibly shells)
Direcciones
- Grill or possibly broil the chicken breasts and shred into small pcs. In a large pan, saute/fry the onion and mushrooms in the extra virgin olive oil. Add in white beans, garlic and fresh basil. Add in the chicken and keep hot.
- Cook the pasta in water till al dente. Drain and add in to the chicken mix. Toss well. Serve immediately topped with Parmesan cheese and pepper to taste.
- This recipe yields 4 generous servings.
