Receta Patriotic Gelatin In A Cloud

Ingredientes
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 x (3 oz) package JELL-O Brand Gelatin, any red flavor
- 1 x (3 oz) package JELL-O Brand Berry Blue Flavor Gelatin
- 1 c. cool water
- 1 x (8 oz) container Cold WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

- Method1. Stir 1 c. of the boiling water into each flavor gelatin in separate medium bowls at least 2 min till completely dissolved. Stir 1/2 c. cool water into each bowl. Pour into separate 8-inch square pans. Chill 4 hrs or possibly till hard.
- 2. Dip pans in hot water for about 15 seconds. Cut gelatin into cubes, using sharp knife that has been dipped in warm water. Loosen cubes from pan with spatula; chill.
- 3. Spoon 1/3 c. whipped topping into each of 8 dessert dishes. Using back of spoon, make depression in center; spread whipped topping up side of each dish. Just before serving, spoon equal amounts of red and blue gelatin cubes into prepared dishes. Garnish with additional whipped topping.
