- 3 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 4 tsp Lowfat milk
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 pkt (10 oz) frzn peas, thawed/patted dry
- 3/4 c. Canned water chestnuts, sliced, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. Green onion, thinly sliced
- 6 x Bacon slices, cooked/crumbled

- Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Cover dressing and chill overnight.**
- Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add in chilled dressing and toss lightly.
