Receta Peach Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Orange or possibly Lemon Cake Mix
- 1 can (21 ounce) Peach Pie Filling
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream, (Cultured)
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1 pkt (8 Ounce) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 pkt 3 1/2 ounce Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 can (16 Ounce) Crushed Pineapple, Don't Drain
- 1 ctn (8 Ounce) Whipped Topping
Direcciones
- With fork (don't use spoon), mix together the cake mix, pie filling and Large eggs. Add in lowfat sour cream. Spoon into a 10X14-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Cold completely.
- Mix together cream cheese, instant pudding, crushed pineapple, with juice, and fold into the whipped topping. Spread on cold cake. Chill till ready to serve.
- NOTES : This is a very good cake and keeps well, but must be refrigerated.
