Receta Peach Upside Down Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 x (29 ounce.) can sliced peaches, well liquid removed
- 1 x (2 layer) yellow cake mix
- 1 x (4 ounce.) vanilla instant pudding
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
Direcciones
- Combine butter and brown sugar and pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Arrange peaches on sugar mix. Combine remaining ingredients. Blend and beat at medium speed for 4 min. Spoon batter carefully into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min. Cold in pan 5 min and invert onto plate or possibly tray. Serve with whipped topping or possibly ice cream.
