Receta Peach Walnut Spice Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Brown Sugar, packed
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/3 c. Molasses
- 2 x Fresh Peaches
- 2Â 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Minced Walnuts
Direcciones
- Add in molasses; beating thoroughly. Peel and chop peaches and stir into mix. Combine remaining ingredients and stir into creamed mix till smooth. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min or possibly till pick inserted into center comes out dry. Cut into squares and top with whipped cream and peach slices if you like.
