  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 c. vanilla pudding and pie mix
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can (16 ounce.) liquid removed peaches save juice
  • 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Grease 10 inch pie tin. Combine first 9 ingredients. Beat 2 min. Pour in pie tin. Place liquid removed peaches on top of batter. Mix cream cheese and next 3 ingredients. Beat 2 min. Pour over peaches. Combine sugar and cinnamon pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
