  1. Put peaches or possibly other fruit in baking dish. Pour lemon juice over peaches or possibly other fruit. Spread brown sugar over fruit, then sprinkle cinnamon over fruit. In mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt. Add in lowfat milk and beat till smooth. Batter will be thin, pour over fruit and brown sugar. Drizzle melted butter over batter. Sprinkle more cinnamon over batter and melted butter if you like. Bake at 350 degree for 35 min.
