Receta Peanut Butter And Jelly Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 x egg
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. sour lowfat milk
- 2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 3 Tbsp. crushed salted peanuts
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- Â Â strawberry jam for the middle
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400F & prepare pans. Put the first 5 ingred. into bowl & mix well, then add in the flour & b/pdr & blend till just mixed. Put a large spoonful of the batter into each muffin pan, then drop a small spoonful of jam (jelly) in the centre of each & cover with remaining batter. Sprinkle with the topping mix & bake for 10-15 mins.
- Makes12 muffins.
