Receta Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. chunky or possibly smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 c. orange or possibly plain honey
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1/4 c. low fat lowfat milk or possibly buttermilk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- Healthy pinch of salt
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease a 3"x5" loaf pan. In a bowl, mix with beaters the peanut butter and next five ingredients. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for one hour or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. This is good for breakfast, spread with cream cheese or possibly for a nutritious alternative to sandwiches in the lunch box.
